Atlantic Landscaping Inc. has been providing Nantucket with quality landscape maintenance and construction for over 7 years. Our employees are all very skilled, responsible, and reliable. We ensure excellent customer service, by being very easy to reach so that any questions or concerns can be addressed in a timely manner. There is nothing more frustrating than having to leave a message on voice mail and wait days for a return call. To avoid this, all office calls are forwarded to the owner’s cell phone when out of the office. We are always willing to meet at your convenience to discuss any questions or concerns you may have. Atlantic Landscaping Inc. also has friendly and educated crew leaders and management that are always able to answer any questions or meet any needs you may have while they are on the property. We also work very closely with caretakers/ property managers to make sure that all requests are taken care of in an efficient manner. You will be asked to fill out a client contact sheet that gives us all of your phone numbers, email address, as well as all of your caretaker/property manager phone numbers and email address.
We ensure quality landscape maintenance, by having a strict quality control system. The owner of Atlantic Landscaping Inc. or the Landscape Maintenance Manager will personally check each property at least every other week. We do this to make sure that our crews are providing our clients with the quality service they deserve. Also, b y being on the property once a week we may be able to inform our clients of potential problems or damage from irrigation, grubs/insects, drought, storms, or anything out of the ordinary. If there is a problem that should be addressed immediately, a call will be placed. If there is a potential problem or suggestion that could further enhance your landscaping or overall appearance of the property, a letter will be sent. We understand that most of our clients are not around all the time to monitor their properties, so you can look to us to be a second set of eyes and ears.
Our pricing for landscape maintenance and construction are among the most reasonable on the island. We take all rate increases very seriously, and only do so if extremely necessary. Atlantic Landscaping Inc has not increased our rates in two years, and do not foresee increasing our rates in the near future. We are always willing to create a landscape maintenance program that best fits your budget and property needs. Atlantic Landscaping Inc. also makes paying your bill easier, by accepting all major credit cards (except Discover). We feel that accepting credit cards will help those who rent their property with their cash flow at the beginning of the season. This will also make larger landscape construction jobs such as stone walls, lawn renovation, brickwork, walkways, driveways, aprons, and plantings more financially manageable. Credit Cards will be charged over the phone, and your reference and approval numbers will appear on the following month’s statement.
